FAQ

What countries do you ship to?

Right now, only the USA, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.

Note that international orders may take a bit longer to get to you due to distance and customs delays.

When will I get my order?

That depends on which item you want to purchase. Each item states on it's product page how long it will take to create (which is a close approximation)

Most of our simple bands take about 5-8 business days, laser carved or more intricate custom rings may take 2-3 weeks. The engagement rings or rings with stones can take about 3-4 weeks. There is a small selection of rings that ship rather quickly (1-2 days). Those will be stated on their product page. It is always advisable to order early.

In stock silicone rings ship within 24 hours. Home Decor Accessories can vary. Most ship within a week.

Note you must add time in transit to that estimate. If you choose free standard shipping, add about 3-4 days for transit time. Expedited shipping will add 1-2 days in transit. So expedited shipping will ensure you get it quicker AFTER it is finished and shipped

Does your 30 Day returns cover every style?

Yes, but with a stipulation for customized, duck bands and silicone rings. Silicone rings can be returned if unopened. If opened and tried on, they can only be exchanged for another size. Most of our competitors do not allow returns on silicone rings at all.

Customized rings like duck bands that have your specific information can be remade in a new size for a nominal fee. Contact us for details as it depends on metal. Or see the shipping & returns section of the duck band's product page. Returns are only accepted for a restocking fee as we cannot resell the items with your information engraved on them. In 8 years in business we have never had a return on a duck band (just the occasional size exchange) and our customers find the policy very reasonable. If you request a free ring sizer with your order, it may completely take away the need for a size exchange. Please consider adding that to your order if unsure.

We try to be as flexible as possible in considering every scenario. so please contact us for assistance.

What if I get the wrong size?

We have free ring sizers we can send, in order to encourage you to order the right size. Get them here: Free Ring Sizer. We offer a 30 day free return or exchange policy on most items. See below for exceptions. This allows for ONE free size exchange during this period. Subsequent size exchanges may incur a resize fee, which depends on the ring. Contact us for details. Customer is responsible for shipping back.

Except in the Following cases:

  1. Duck bands will always incur a redo fee since we cannot resell those items. $55 for Titanium Duck Bands, $75 for Black Zirconium or Cobalt Chrome.
  2. For engagement rings and bridal sets with stones. There is a $175 resize fee after the 30 days. You send in the current ring and we make you a new one.

What if the ring is defective?

If the item is defective, which is very rare....you can contact us anytime, before or after the 30 day period, for an exchange or repair. Note regular wear is not considered a defect. We will accept defective returns or exchanges on any item we sell and not charge a restocking fee for this purpose.

If you have questions about a return or exchange please contact info@camoeverafter.com.

Are your metals allergy free?

Most of our metals are rare to cause allergies. In fact, out of all our years in business we have not received any allergic reaction feedback. Titanium (the metal in most of our rings) is hypoallergenic.

Are your camo patterns real licensed Realtree and Mossy Oak, or knock-offs?

Unlike many rings you find on Amazon or other big cheap retailers (usually made in China), our rings on this site are REAL licensed Realtree and Mossy Oak - and MADE in the USA. (Unless otherwise stated) Together with great customer service, a warranty and generous exchange policy, you can't go wrong shopping with us! Note our mililtary style camo is a completely different camo pattern and is not classified as Realtree or Mossy Oak. Also, we may offer a generic camo pattern for a lower price, and that will be clearly stated on the product page.

How do I find my size?

There are many ways to get your size.

  • We suggest to you get your ring sized at a jeweler and tell them you want to be sized for Comfort Fit. They will typically get you the most accurate answer.
  • Download a ring size chart. If you print it correctly (please follow the instructions to the letter), it will also produce an accurate result.
  • Finally we offer a Free Ring Sizer. Request it and get back to us with your risze.

Can your rings be resized?

Alternative metals cannot be re-sized. Because of their toughness, cannot be melted or molded once complete. However, a new ring in the new size needed can be made for a fee. This is done on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at info@camoeverafter.com for further assistance.

Do your rings get scratched?

All rings/metals can get light surface scratches with wear, that is normal. But they do not ding or dent as easily as other metals like Gold and Silver.

What if your camo pattern peels? Is it covered under Warranty?

Our camo patterns should not fade or peel. They are not dipped in paint or drawn on like some of our competitors. It is anodized and formed in a ring shape. Once shaped it is inlaid into a Titanium, Damascus, Black Zirconium or Precious Metal Ring., then coated with a think protective layer. But on the rare occurrence that something happens, we would replace it. Email us at info@camoeverafter.com for instructions.

How can I care for my ring?

To care for your ring is very simple. - just use a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Then dry with another soft (dry) cloth. It is preferable not to wear it if you will be in contact with heavy metals, go swimming in the pool often or other times of exposure to tough elements. This will prevent damage and give your ring a long life. If you have a tough job or hobby, consider a getting a silicone ring aswell.

Do you offer layaway plans or financing?

We have something better - financing. No need to wait until you pay it off to get your ring. No large application form to fill out, just choose Shop Pay Installments or Paypal at checkout. If you choose paypal, when the window comes up, scroll down to find "Pay Later" options. You may be shown either Pay in 4, or financing options depending on your status with Paypal and/or the order total.

What does my order status "In Production" mean?

It simply means your order has been put in the system and is now getting made, or is in queue with the jewelry maker to be made. It will remain in this status until it ships. Expect the next status change to be when it goes out the door!

Are your rings real?

Some people may be misinformed and think the only "real" metals are gold and silver. Our metals are very real. Cobalt, Titanium, Zirconium, etc are tougher than gold or silver, are a lot lighter in weight, and best suited for an outdoor lifestyle. While white gold will eventually fade to reveal the yellow gold underneath, alternative metals do not. They also do not tarnish or stain your fingers like silver can.

Titanium (our most popular metal) rings are very lightweight and will feel like you barely have a ring on, and they don't scratch or dent as easy as gold. Don't mistake that for lack of quality. That is the very thing that makes it so valuable.

Titanium has the highest strength to weight ratio of any other known element. And Tungsten, Zirconium and Cobalt are not far behind. The best metals for an outdoors lifestyle. If you find a similar looking ring and the price is too good to be true, then those are the fakes.

As far as the engagement rings, they come with cubic zirconia stones and are never presented to use real diamonds (market price for real diamonds would be way out of budget for most, as 1/2ct can average an additional $1,000 - subject to change), but if you would like a real diamond upgrade, please let us know.
